"Only 1 Way Up !!!"
I just want to do God's will.

"...Just who is James Hewitt?"...you might ask.

First of all, James Hewitt is an individual who wants to enjoy what God has in store for his life, to enjoy nature, music as well as quiet peaceful moments, and to watch what God is doing in the lives of people !!!

... what I do
I'm a Systems Analyst/Database Administrator. Responsibilities include, but not limited to, document management administration, internet/intranet development, CAD administration as well as providing worldwide technical support for the domestic and international offices for a major worldwide company.

Now, I must explain something, here. I didn't set out to get into this field. I would have preferred to be a professional portrait photographer. I had a studio "back then". This situation was taking too much time away from my children. For the fact I didn't feel it was fair to them, I chose to close the studio.
Now that all, but the youngest, are out on their own I can now begin (God permitting) considering the possibility of getting back into this type of work, for I really loved it. It allowed me to meet people of all ages....and "walks of life". It was a thrill to work with people at the best part of their life. (Can you tell..I loved doing it? lol)

Sharing Jesus Christ with people. Being Christ like in loving..... giving..... helping..... and letting them know that He is still performing miracles today!!!    (I'm living proof.)
...of course, I do enjoy taking scenic rides on a motorcycle, picking around on a guitar as well as spending time with my daughters, grandchildren, relatives and friends. :)

... likes
Long scenic peaceful drives. Taking time to view the mountains.... sitting and listening to the gurgling waters of the river.... and with my eyes closed, feeling and hearing the whispers of the soft summer breezes in the air... and....the smells of spring....also, the peaceful moments on the sea shore.
Now....just stop and think....all this was created by God!!!!!!

... but most importantly!!
Jesus Christ has done so much for me. He has been there for me, when I was about to "break", as well as other times when those around me would say, "James, it's over with.....give it up!!!!"

Sometimes it is hard to see past the crisis when we are in the middle of the "flames".....RIGHT!!??

......but as He stood with Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego...

Daniel Chap 3:24-25 "Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonished, and rose up in haste, and spoke, and said unto his counselors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king. He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God."

...He has never failed to bring me through it all!
